Unknown 3/4 Upright Bass – Natural

Description

This 3/4 Size Upright Bass looks to be made of a laminate material with painted fingerboard and could be from the 1960s. We are unsure of the make. There is a portion of a lable on interior that reads “Carcassi”, but we believe this bass to be a copy. This bass will require work to make it play well.

Issues with bass are….

Crack at neck joint

Back separating near neck joint

Fingerboard will need leveling as strings have worn into it

Top is caving causing bridge to stit low and string buzz
