Guitar is all original and in excellent playing condition. Instrument has recently been restrung and setup with Ernie Ball 9’s. The Ibanez Ichika electric guitar is the signature instrument of internet sensation and guitarist Ichika. Ichika gained his global following and reputation through a unique combination of complex techniques and an easily identifiable sound. He captivates music fans and musicians alike with his unconventional, experimental style and a wholly original musical approach, through which he has become a favorite player and a major influence to players around the world.

Ichika chose to base his signature guitar off the headless Q (Quest) series from Ibanez. This Ichika electric guitar largely holds to the specifications and design of the Q54, with a few notable changes. Ichika’s guitar features three Ibanez R1 single-coil pickups rather than the standard HSS configuration, which helps accentuate tonal clarity as well as bright, glassy sounds that balance the highly rhythmic and percussive elements in Ichika’s playing. Featuring a nyatoh body paired with a Wizard roasted maple neck and fingerboard with jumbo stainless steel frets, this versatile Ibanez electric offers an aesthetic appeal as well as an audible one. Ichika’s exciting and original signature design capitalizes on original hardware and pickup designs from Ibanez and will serve as an indispensable asset in expressing an ever-evolving musical style.
