Description
This Fender American Standard Stratocaster dates to late 1987 or early 1988 and features the desirable two-point tremolo system with metal stud inserts.
The guitar has been professionally restrung and set up with light-top/heavy-bottom .009-.046 strings. It plays comfortably with low action and a straight neck.
Cosmetically, it shows normal player wear for its age, including a few light dings and scratches on the body. The pickguard has been replaced, and the original pickguard is included in the sale. Pearloid tuner buttons have been installed, adding a unique visual touch. The rear tremolo cavity cover (back plate) has been removed.
The frets exhibit moderate wear, primarily beneath the B and G strings from approximately the 1st through 7th frets, but the guitar remains fully playable and performs well.
Includes:
- Original Fender tremolo arm
- Original pickguard
- Fender gig bag
