This Epiphone Sheraton II, built in Korea (likely 1995 or 2005), has been professionally set up with low action and plays smoothly across the entire fingerboard. It shows minor play wear, consistent with normal use, but remains a clean and well‑maintained instrument overall.

There is heavy pitting on the tailpiece, bridge, and pickup covers, and light scratches can be seen on the pickguard. These cosmetic flaws do not affect performance—the guitar is structurally sound and in excellent playing condition.
