King Silver Flair Trumpet – Fully Serviced, Loaded with Accessories
This King Silver Flair trumpet is in excellent playing and cosmetic condition, though we’ve conservatively listed it as “Very Good” on Reverb to exceed expectations. It’s a stunning example of King’s craftsmanship—responsive, bright, and built for serious players.
No dents, and in our opinion, nothing more than a few light surface scratches. It is missing the little set screw on the slide adjusters as i point out in photo. Maybe it is in the case.
100% fully serviced: Recently flushed, snaked, oiled, and greased—ready to play right out of the case.
🎒 Comes with a full accessory bundle, including:
Two mouthpiecesMultiple mutesMetronomesOther extras as shown method books
🎁 Includes the original upgraded case, which is in excellent condition—sturdy, protective, and stylish.
Whether you’re a student stepping up or a seasoned player looking for a reliable horn, this Silver Flair delivers tone, projection, and value. Feel free to reach out with questions or stop by Victor Litz Music in Gaithersburg to try it in person!
The King Silver Flair trumpet with serial number 5567507 was likely manufactured in the early to mid-2000s.
Here’s how that estimate is determined:
The King brand, originally part of the H.N. White Company, has had several ownership changes, which complicates serial number tracking. After the company was sold to Seeburg and later to UMI (United Musical Instruments), official records became fragmented.
According to serial number charts from Adams Musical Instruments and SaxPics, King serial numbers in the 5000000+ range generally correspond to instruments made after the year 2000.
The Silver Flair model has been produced across multiple decades, but your serial number—5567507—places it well beyond the 1990s production range, aligning with early 2000s manufacturing.
