Fender Stratocaster Hardtail with OHSC 1979 – Sunburst

For sale is a 1979 Fender Hardtail Stratocaster that has been professionally set up with comfortable low action and plays exceptionally well. This model features an ash body, maple neck, and a hardtail bridge with string‑through construction.

The instrument is in impressive condition for its age. It shows light play wear on the body, with more noticeable wear on the back. Some clouding is present in the clear coat, and the finish over the fingerboard position markers has worn through. The neck appears to have been refretted at some point, as the frets are in excellent condition relative to the visible wear on the fingerboard.

All electronics are original, fully tested, and functioning properly. The guitar includes its original hardshell case and hangtag.
