For orders under $100 the following rate apply for orders inside the 48 states.

$20-$25 shipping is $7

$25.01—$50 shipping is $10

$50.01—$75 shipping is $12

$75.01-$99 shipping is $14

Most orders over $100 free shipping some restrictions apply

Return Policies
victorlitz.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:Items returned in new condition may be returned for a refund in the first 7 days or a store credit in the first 14 days.  Anything later than that will not be allowed for return and or there will be a restock fee.  Item must be in 100% brand new un open un used condition.  Any less than new or exactly as item was sold in will be charged a restock fee a use fee and or refused a return option.

Victor Litz Music offers free shipping on orders over $100 that are placed on our website. 

Some restrictions apply - We may charge shipping on over sized items such as drum sets, large  speaker cabinets etc.   If there is ever any additional shipping fees you will be notified and your order will not be shipped with out your approval.. The free shipping offer is for orders placed on our website over $100 at our regular prices.  In the event of any specials, price matches, clearance items, special purchases etc standard shipping rates apply.

Shipping fees and terms  ONLY apply to physical addresses within the continental USA. Fee does NOT apply to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. We will ship to those locations via USPS, at customers expense. This applies to International orders beyond Canada as well. Canadian and other International orders are urged to pay via PAYPAL or credit card thru paypal. Once you make payment, please allow 24-48 hour for your order to be processed, and 1-2 weeks for delivery. All business is in US dollars. We answer e-mail and process orders Monday through Friday 10-5 EST. Due to our high volume of transactions we find it is best to simply process your order and get the item shipped out to you. If you need a tracking #, simply call us and or e-mail us. please give us the name the order was made under. This is very important the persons name who paid! Not an email name, not a a screen name, not someone elses name that may be getting the item. We must have the persons name who paid, We can not have a transaction require an e-mail at every step of the process. We are a VERY busy retail store! All that said, we're here to help and you can call us anytime. In order to provide you with quality products far below market value, it is necessary to charge a minimum shipping & handling fee if the item is an oversized package or if it is not sold at our normal selling prices..  We try our best to keep the fees as low as possible, while at the same time providing you with quality products & good customer service. If you are making a purchase from us we assume you understand what you are buying and agree with the terms of these policies. In the unlikely event that we're out of stock on an item that is listed on our website, we usually leave the items on our web for sale because we are constantly re-ordering stock and we are often able to have the item drop shipped from our supplier directly to you. We usually ship the item the same day you pay for it, and it arrives at your door post haste.
